Incentives, Rebates, and Ways to Save Money on Home Performance Upgrades for Cincinnati Residents
Few things are as rewarding as a home performance project that leaves your home a more comfortable place for you and your family to live. It can be incredibly rewarding to see your utility bills drop as you use less energy. However, there’s no denying these projects cost money.
At National Heating & Air Conditioning, we want to ensure that you can afford the energy upgrade project you’ve been waiting so long to do. That’s why we make our services as affordable as possible, and partner with several rebate and incentives programs to provide you with the savings you want, and deserve.
Smart $aver® Rebate- Duke Energy
Duke Energy is a large power company that provides electric and gas energy services to millions of people in the United States. Committed to furthering sustainability and energy efficiency, they have developed a program, Smart $aver®, to help residential homeowners get the energy efficiency upgrades they need.
With rebates for high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, you can make your home perform better than you ever thought possible, while saving money on both the HVAC equipment, and on your utility bills for years to come. Home energy efficiency is all about investing in the future, while making your current lives easier, and more comfortable. Duke Energy can make that happen. We’ll discuss what you’re eligible to save with the Smart $aver® program, and after the improvements have been made, we’ll submit the application for you. All you have to do is wait for your cash rebate to arrive in your mailbox.

Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance Incentive
Like us, the Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance believes the best way to live more comfortably and save money on your house is to treat your home as one system, with many components that function together. Improving Energy Efficiency in Cincinnati is the core of GCEA’s mission, which is why they offer a variety of incentives and rebates, and also why we partner with them.
City of Cincinnati residents can receive up to $750 in incentives for energy efficiency upgrades, from air sealing to energy efficient lighting.
The Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance also offers a loan program, similar to these home improvement loans, to make larger projects easier to finance. With loans customized to your financial situation and home needs, they make it easy to pay for the projects with low interest rates and flexible repayment schedules.
And you don’t have to upgrade your whole home in order to qualify! If you want to target a specific part, like a furnace upgrade, that improvement can be made and financed through GCEA as well.
If there’s anything else you’d like to learn about the program, you can visit their website here, or contact us at (513) 621-4620 for a free consultation.
