Our top priority at National Heating is to do our part in reducing the possibility of spreading COVID-19 among our employees, communities and customers. Under the CDC guidelines we are practicing all recommended precautions, including the importance of staying home when not feeling well, social distancing and increased disinfecting of our vehicles and equipment.

Your family’s comfort and safety are our team’s most important focus. In our area and around the country, public health and safety is on everyone’s mind and we would like to ease any concerns you may have.

Here are some precautions that we are taking, in order to continue to provide you with the best service:

  • Our employees are like family. We allow everyone ample time off work to care for themselves and their families in a time of illness. So rest assured that we would never send an ill technician to your home.
  • As part of our normal routine, all of our technicians wear shoe covers to keep your home clean and prevent any outside contaminants from entering your home. As an extra precaution, we have also provided face masks for each technician to wear while inside your home, to protect them and your family members.
  • Our service trucks are also stocked with hand sanitizer, gloves, and other supplies.

As temperatures cool down and you need service or repairs on your heating system, know that National Heating and Air Conditioning will be there to provide the best service possible for our customers.
