Rebates

Are you interested in improving your home or building’s comfort and energy efficiency, but are worried about the upfront cost? You’re not alone. While many homeowners are aware of the potential energy savings offered by improvements such as attic and wall insulation, air sealing and duct sealing, and upgraded HVAC equipment, the upfront costs can be enough to convince many folks to hold off on the investment.

Fortunately, there is good news: there are a number of rebates, tax credits, and other options (including financing) that can help cover the cost of energy efficiency improvements for your home.

Available Rebates for Energy Efficiency Upgrades Include:

Bryant Rebate Program for HVAC

Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems offers rebates for purchasing energy efficient Bryant heating and cooling systems. Check out their Rebate Center for the most up-to-date information, or give us a call. We’d be happy to help you work through the rebate process and answer any questions you may have about the program.

Federal Energy Efficiency Tax Credit

There are federal tax credits available for a number of home energy efficiency improvements, including “whole house” upgrades like insulation and air sealing. We’re happy to work with you to identify if your project qualifies, and to help you maximize the incentives you receive.

Ohio Incentives

Through the state of Ohio and utilities, a number of rebates for insulation, air sealing and other home performance upgrades (as well as heating and cooling equipment) are available to homeowners in the Cincinnati region. Check out the Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency (DSIRE) for more information about rebates available for Ohio homeowners, or give us a call with any questions.

Financing and Rebates

When you combine rebates for HVAC & energy efficiency upgrades with our financing package, the upfront cost of your upgrades starts to look much more manageable. In fact, in some cases the result is a net gain – cash in your hand from the rebates before you’ve actually paid for the improvements. Since energy savings typically outweigh additional monthly expenditures garnered by your financing package, your home upgrade can be an extremely economical investment both in the short term and the long term.
